This photo gets lots of “wows”. A two toned rose in full bloom, and it is set apart by this dark background. What a great photo addition.

I am not sure what kind of plant this is, but they are sharp, prickly and amazing in shape. Now the fun thing was to capture this with a touch of snow on it. That turned out to be an interesting photos.

Note that this is a VERTICAL Photo, so this is actually a 10X8 rather than an 8X10. So if you order this realize this is a vertical photo, not a horizontal photo.

Sorry I had to make this obvious, but you would be surprised how many people look at this and wonder why their print is printed the wrong way.

Absolutely one of our favorite flowers in our garden: The African Daisy. It’s bright color has been a joy to all those who see it and have it as a print.

At the beginning of fall it is always interesting to see that a few trees or bushes will turn color while the rest of the foliage will remain green. Driving up the canyon I got this beautiful tree and trees starting their voyage to fall. And the lake had a nice “shimmer” to it that makes a beautiful photo. And the sky was perfect too.

I have this fascination with how some of the Quaking Aspen trees get deformed somehow. I am sure it has something to do with a big pile of snow on them, and the tree gets bent during the winter and then starts growing again in the spring. Whatever happens, it makes for an interesting photo.

Notice the picture size is more of a 16:9 ratio (longer and skinnier). So to not crop this photo, the print will also be long and skinny. Probably a 7X10 would be close to the size you would get. There are a couple of different sizes that will show up on the price list.

As you wander around the forest of the Wasatch Mountains, fallen trees make the photo more interesting. This is how it really is in the mountains. No one goes around and gathers up all the fallen trees. They are just part of the forest plan.

A different type of photo that has had some real interest. If you love a photo with “leading lines”, then this one is a great one. Taken out in a farmers field, and I was just intrigued about the configuration of the fence.

Old barns should be done in black and white (or sepia toned). It just adds interest in a photo. People will think this photo was taken 50 years ago.

The Mighty Mount Watson, High Uintas, Utah. Elevation of this mountain is: 11,521 feet. This is located on the east slope, and this photo was taken at just below the growing level. This is one of my favorite mountains, mostly because I did a lot of fishing in this area.

Most people think that the Rock Formations are exclusive to Southern Utah. I found this interesting rock formation just east of the town Henefer, in Northern Utah.

A great capture of an approaching store coming over the west shores of Antelope Island, Utah. This is an island at the Great Salt Lake, and we love to spend a lot of time capturing amazing photos.

I really love this photo. It seems to have a touch of the first snowfall in the park. Trees are still green, and yet the leaves on other trees are all gone.

SUNSET OVER THE WASATCH MOUNTAINS

The sun was setting on the west, but the colors were so beautiful and reflective, even the mountains on the east side were lit up with color.

This is an odd size as it is long and skinny. Don’t really want to crop. So here are the sizes:

This photo is a little bit of a mix between sunset at twilight (see the blue hues in the sky). This is one of my most popular photos.

Absolutely caught this sunset with the perfect clouds over the Great Salt Lake. I added a red filter to give it even more impact, but this will catch anybody’s attention. Shot on slide film, and details are sharp at any size.

Sunset just starting, but a good capture of the sun peeking through the clouds. The interesting part about this photo is the rabbit brush that lined up so perfectly along the shoreline of the Great Salt Lake.
